Dymar Development LLC is a Houston-based firm with the ability and focus to create value for its customers and investors.  The company was formed in 2010 and its team has a foundation of experience that includes the development, financing and construction of large infrastructure projects with a total value in excess of $8 billion.  

The partners of Dymar have been involved in activities aimed at the development of energy infrastructure, heavy industry, light-rail, residential housing and hotels.  Our skill set includes expertise in negotiations, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, operations, maintenance and commercial negotiations (including equity and debt financing).
